Arrangements in Bad Weather

• Severe weather generally refers to the black rainstorm warning or storm signal No. 8 or above. The arrangement on the day will depend on the time when the Observatory issues and cancels the warning signal.

• If the Observatory still issues a severe weather warning at 12:00 noon on the same day, the delivery service will not be available on that day. For delivery orders, you can choose to postpone delivery or self-collect (if weather conditions permit)

• Hau Fuk Wagyu ya will provide limited services due to weather conditions. For self-pickup arrangements, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm the opening hours on the day.

• If the Observatory issues a severe weather warning signal after 12:00 noon, the delivery fleet will arrange to deliver all orders as soon as possible.Everything takes the personal and driving safety of the delivery person as the highest priority.
  At that time, we will arrange to refund the fee for the designated period.

• If you wish to arrange delivery in bad weather, the free delivery service will not be applicable, the order will be delivered by the Lalamove service, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer, please forgive me.
